natuco reserves the right to collect data relating the website's Internet users on a name basis. If you're willing to buy one of our products online, you shall give certain personal information as to to place an order. This information is securely stored and could be updated if requested by the Internet user.
natuco commits not to broadcast personal information collected on their website. However, it takes the right to use them for marketing, research, or internal company statistics. Under no circumstances will those collected data be sold to a third party.
However, comments, suggestions, opinions will be treated as such and therefore not confidential and not relating to your private property.

The use of pictures and assignment of rights
When you post a content on social media using the @natuco_design identification on the image and/or on comments, the author of the photograph :
– authorises natuco to use the photograph;
– cedes to them for this purpose, the right of reproduction, of representation and adaptation linked to this photograph, without reservation.
This authorisation and right of use is valid for the whole world, for a length of time of five (5) years starting from the posting of the above-mentioned content.
natuco can copy, represent and adapt this photograph for commercial, promotional and advertising purpose, via any means or any medium, in particular via the Internet and the written press.
You also authorise natuco to mention your account along with the photograph.
You acknowledge and accept this authorisation and transfer are granted free and could not therefore give rise to any right of remuneration.
Hyperlink
Hyperlinks sending to external websites cannot encage the responsibility of natuco especially with regard to commercial offers or advertisements that could be offered to you on this website. The decision to activate a hyperlink remains the exclusive property of the Internet users of the website.
Legal Application & Severability of Clauses
If, for any reason, an Internet user, an establishment or any other entity would contest one or more terms in this notice, the nullity of this or those provisions would not affect the remaining terms and do not exempt the Internet user from the aforementioned obligations.
